I couldn’t swallow the fact that it was all that I am to them: a mere imagery of immaculateness, drowning in her own narcissistic self, when I know that I am more than that – an incarcerated mortal with invisible defects lying deep and blacking this white ivory skin, the defects being either that of obscure unkindness or prospective outburst of rage, or both; more than this face of saintly and unspoiled symmetry, I feel something inside me prickling warm and echoing, like the incoherent speech of the wind in the valleys at nightfall, when the whole wild demesne seem quietly asleep with nothing but an acoustic descant of the leaves beneath the night breeze to accompany it with.  – Snippet from The Window in the Sky by Bonzai Melo
