Having heard about the only(?) vegetarian resto in the city that does delivery, I decided to pay them a visit and oh, joy. They have all sorts of good healthy products on sale, too, such as veggie meat. I immediately purchased half a kilo since I’ve never tried it before.
And here’s my version of healthy home-made Veggie Burgers.
FYI, I decided to bake the patty (using coconut oil as grease) instead of pan-frying it. The lesser the oil, the better. Had some lettuce and cucumber in between. Instead of regular buns, I used whole wheat loaf bread, cut into round shapes, just so make them to look like flat buns. Topped it with toasted sesame seeds and all done! Cheers to a healthy, yummy dinner!
